Who processes your data

What data we process and why

When you email us or book a consultation, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message and details needed to arrange the appointment. We use it to reply, schedule and provide the requested service. If there is no active arrangement or legal reason to keep an inquiry longer, it will be deleted or anonymised within 12 months after our last interaction.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, Kit processes the information needed to send messages and manage your subscription. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe; a minimal suppression record may be retained so we can honour that choice.

Thinkific handles course purchases and payment information. Thinkific's notices shown during checkout also apply to that processing, along with any retention periods required by accounting and other applicable laws.

The website is hosted through a ContraTeam cPanel account. The host processes technical records to deliver and secure the site. ContraTeam's hosting package states that daily backups are retained for up to 30 days. The access-log retention period for this specific account has not been confirmed and will be added after checking with the provider.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after you accept optional cookies. A Google Ads tag may be enabled in production if its ID is configured. The site records clicks to consultation booking, the course, newsletter and video content. These events do not confirm a completed booking or purchase.

You can change your choice using the Cookie settings button on the site. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from using the site.

Recipients and international transfers

Depending on your request, data may be processed by these service providers: ContraTeam for hosting, Calendly for booking, Kit for the newsletter, Thinkific for the course, and Google and Meta for analytics or advertising after consent. YouTube videos use its privacy-enhanced embed domain. Instagram videos connect to Instagram only when you choose to play one.

Some providers may process data outside Serbia or the European Economic Area. Processing locations, contractual safeguards and provider roles must be checked against their current terms and account settings before publication.

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object where applicable. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing.
